Buying a car
Open the listing you're interested in and submit the 'I'm interested' form, or call us directly. We reply within 2 hours to coordinate a time at our showroom or at the address you prefer.
Every certified vehicle passes a 127-point inspection covering mechanics, aesthetics and documentation. You receive the full report before deciding, plus a 12-month mechanical warranty.
Yes. After contacting us we can hold the vehicle with a refundable deposit for up to 72 hours while you complete the documentation or visit in person.
Selling a car
Publishing is free. We only charge a closing fee when the vehicle is actually sold, and only if you opt into our full documentation and photography service.
Our average time-to-sell for certified listings is under 28 days. Pricing, documentation quality and photography have the biggest impact on speed.
Yes. Our post-sale team handles title transfers, debt clearance and any notary-required paperwork, coordinating with you and the buyer.
Financing
We partner with certified lenders offering APR from 6.9% on qualified profiles, with terms from 12 to 72 months. You can simulate monthly payments on each listing page.
Yes. We appraise trade-ins on-site or remotely with a few photos. The appraised value is deducted from the purchase price.
Delivery & warranty
We deliver anywhere in Mexico. Standard delivery is 48 hours within Mexico City; outside the metropolitan area please allow 3–5 business days.
The 12-month mechanical warranty covers drivetrain, transmission, electrical and electronic systems. Excludes wear-and-tear items like tires, brake pads and consumables.
Account
Sign-in is managed via Clerk. On the sign-in screen click 'Forgot password' and follow the email instructions. Contact support if you don't receive the email.
Yes. From Dashboard → Security you can request account deletion. Active listings will be unpublished and your data removed within 30 days.
